Senior Commercial Lending Credit Analyst

The Victory Bank currently has an open position for a Senior Commercial Lending Credit Analyst. Qualified candidates must possess skills normally associated with a college degree or equivalent work experience. A minimum of five years of recent commercial lending credit analysis experience. Windows-based computer environment competency (primarily the capable use of Microsoft applications) and an ability to be proficient with general ledger-related computer systems are required.

We are looking for a person who is thorough and detailed-oriented. Job duties will include:

• Transfers financial information into spreadsheet format to facilitate year-to-year historical comparison by lending staff and approval authorities
• Completes loan approval memorandums to include structuring the proposed loan request, cash flow measurement, collateral analysis, and review of both business and personal financial statements 
• Confirms adherence to Bank lending policies and procedures as well as compliance with governmental rules and regulations
• Responsible for underwriting complex loan requests
• Assists the Department Manager in training and development of analyst staff
• Performs other duties as commensurate with your department(s) and job responsibilities
