The Victory Bank currently has an open position for a Personal Banker, Level II/Customer Service Representative. Qualified candidates must possess skills normally associated with a college degree or equivalent work experience. A minimum of five years of recent Retail banking experience. Windows-based computer environment competency (primarily the capable use of Microsoft applications) and the ability to be proficient with general ledger-related computer systems are required.

Job duties will include:
- Provide consistently friendly, warm, smiling, positive client experience to all clients
- Promote and cross-sell related banking products and services
- Process teller and platform transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain security of cash drawer when on the Retail floor
- Ensure and promote accurate and efficient cash, check, and general ledger handling procedures
- Process transactions in accordance with the bank’s policies and procedures
- Establishes and supports remote deposit clients, monitors velocity settings/ notifications
- Assist bank with maintenance, client installation and support, reporting and audit functions for electronic banking products and services; I.E.: Online Banking, Cash Management, Mobile Banking, Remote Deposit, etc.
- Actively utilizes and understands technology and devices related to electronic banking services
- Assist and provide support in representing the bank in civic, community, charitable, and networking endeavors, and identify other marketing opportunities to promote community recognition
- Must have knowledge of all Retail services and the ability to support most requests
- Recommends changes and additions to electronic banking products and services to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability of the bank
- Electronic banking-related special projects
- Assists with ideas to better service our clients and exceed their expectations
- Assists with the review, monitoring, and mitigation of risks to minimize losses to the bank
- Comply with regulatory requirements of state and federal agencies
- Monitor and process all assigned reports
- Other duties as commensurate with your department(s) and job responsibilities
