The Victory Bank Hires Matthew Seguin and Peggy Sue Underwood

The Victory Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Matthew Seguin to the team. Matt started at the bank as the Care Center Representative and was quickly promoted to a Personal Banker where he will be responsible for providing superior customer service by providing efficient and timely response to all customers, verifying, and posting transactions and responding accurately to all account inquiries.

Seguin brings over seven years of customer service experience, honed while serving in multiple positions at Avicolli’s Restaurant in New York. In his previous positions, he gained expertise in delivering outstanding service, managing high-pressure situations, and building long-term customer relationships.

He resides in Schwenksville with his girlfriend and enjoys spending time with friends and family.

The Victory Bank is thrilled to welcome Peggy Sue Underwood to the team in the role of the Care Center Representative. In this position, she will be responsible for providing superior customer service by providing efficient and timely response to all customers and responding accurately to all account inquiries in a positive, helpful manner.    

Underwood brings a unique background as a dedicated stay-at-home parent and homeschool educator, where she developed valuable skills in organization, problem-solving, and personalized instruction which are qualities that will greatly enhance the bank’s commitment to exceptional client service. On top of that, her time at Sips and Berries Restaurant allowed her to use her strong customer service focus and exceptional problem-solving along with decision-making skills to improve team performance and service standards.

Underwood stated: “I am excited to join The Victory Bank team.“

She resides in Salford Township with her husband, three kids and two rescue dogs. She enjoys hiking and being outdoors with her family.
