The Victory Bank Promotes Bill Vitiello and Rosalia Hoffman

Bill Vitiello has been promoted to the position of Director of Strategic Relationships at The Victory Bank. Joining the Bank in 2018, Vitiello has been a crucial contributor to Victory's success, leveraging over 16 years of banking experience. In his new role, he will assume a pivotal position in cultivating and overseeing significant external partnerships and alliances aimed at advancing the Bank's strategic goals including managing all of the Bank’s business development personnel, the Bank’s municipalities portfolio and check cashing agencies.

Beyond his role at the Bank, Bill is an active participant in the community. He serves as Chair-Elect for the TriCounty Chamber of Commerce and is Chairman of the Montgomery County Community College Alumni Association Board of Directors. Bill also serves as a Director for The Victory Bank Foundation. Bill is a distinguished graduate of the PA Bankers Advanced School of Banking, further showcasing his commitment to excellence in the banking industry.

Rosalia Hoffman has advanced to the position of Business Development Officer at the Bank. Joining in 2018, she initially served as a Commercial Relationship Assistant and later took on the role of Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager. In her new capacity, Hoffman will be instrumental in nurturing and managing robust relationships with key external stakeholders, encompassing clients, partners, regulators, and industry influencers.

Hoffman holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Montgomery County Community College, along with studies in Political Science at Saint Joseph’s University. Notably, she is a distinguished member of the Phi Theta Kappa National Collegiate Honor Society and actively volunteers in her community. and contributes as a Board Member of the Montgomery County Community College Alumni Association. With over 15 years of banking experience, she places a significant emphasis on account relationships.
