The Victory Bank Promotes Chelsea Haas and Owen Magers

The Victory Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Chelsea Haas to a Loan Operations Specialist. Haas started with the Bank in 2021 as a Deposit Operations Specialist. In her new role, she will reconcile daily ledgers, perform system maintenance, prepare statements, and record collateral while providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

Haas resides in Gilbertsville and enjoys all things outdoors. She volunteers for the Perkiomen Water Shed Stream Clean-Up. She previously lived in and worked in Old Faithful at Yellowstone National Park for a summer and has traveled to 20 countries with plans to visit more.

The Victory Bank has promoted Owen Magers to Customer Care Center Representative. Magers started with the Bank in 2022 as a Courier. In his new role, Magers will provide accurate and prompt attention to customer inquiries while ensuring positive customer experiences.

Magers has over five years of customer service experience and recently received his associates degree in Business Administration from Montgomery County Community College. He is now working toward a bachelors of science in Finance from Pennsylvania State University. Magers was also awarded the President’s Award for Academic Excellence in 2020.

Magers resides in Boyertown and enjoys making memories with his family, creating music through the piano, and exploring nature through hiking, gardening, and traveling.
