The Victory Bank Promotes Dana Perrott and Amanda Agudio

Dana Perrott has been promoted to a Loan Closing Specialist II at the pleasure of The Victory Bank. Perrott started in 2016 as a Relationship Assistant in Wyomissing. She previously worked at National Penn Bank for seven years, with six of those years as an Underwriting Assistant II. In 2021, Perrott brought her culmination of lending knowledge to the Loan Documentation department. She continues to prove her value, dedication and commitment to the Bank and her department.   

In her new role Perrott will be performing various bank loan administration processes including loan document preparation, collateral perfection, loan booking and file maintenance. Perrott's promotion underscores The Victory Bank's commitment to nurturing talent and rewarding excellence. Her advancement within the organization serves as a testament to her exceptional skills, leadership, and contributions to the bank's continued growth and success.

She resides in Denver, PA with her husband and enjoys watching scary movies and spending time with her family.

The Victory Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Amanda Agudio to Relationship Assistant II. Agudio started with the Bank in 2021 as a Customer Care Center Representative and was promoted to Commercial Relationship Assistant in 2022.

In her new capacity, Agudio will support the lending portfolio and commercial lenders with diverse bank loan administration tasks, all while maintaining an exceptional level of client satisfaction. Agudio's extensive background in organizational and communication skills, acquired through her previous work in the medical field, adds valuable expertise to her role.

Agudio stated, “I am grateful for the opportunity to learn and grow with such a knowledgeable and successful team.“

She resides in Berks County with her family and enjoys gardening and baking.
