The Victory Bank Promotes Owen Magers

The Victory Bank has promoted Owen Magers to the role of Administrative Assistant to the CEO. Magers joined the Bank in 2022 as a Courier, later assuming the position of Customer Care Center Representative in 2023. In his new capacity, Magers will provide administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer.

Magers possesses more than five years of experience in customer service and holds an associate degree in business administration from Montgomery County Community College. Currently, he is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Finance at Pennsylvania State University. In recognition of his academic achievements, Magers received the President’s Award for Academic Excellence in 2020.

Magers resides in Boyertown and enjoys making memories with friends and family, creating music through the piano, and experience nature through hiking, gardening, and traveling.
