The Victory Bank Promotes Stephanie Frederick-Sestini to Assistant Branch Manager

Stephanie Frederick-Sestini has been appointed as the Assistant Branch Manager at The Victory Bank. Having joined the bank in 2016, she brings with her 13 years of experience in Retail banking. Stephanie holds both the ABA Certificate as a Personal Banker and a Universal Banker. She is a graduate of the PA Bankers School of Banking and the TCACC Leadership Institute. Additionally, Stephanie is an IRA Specialist and proficient in underwriting Retail loans.

In her new role, Stephanie will play a key part in overseeing the operations and sales functions of the branch. Her responsibilities include actively contributing to the cultivation and maintenance of client relationships, as well as providing support to ensure the branch consistently surpasses clients' expectations. This involves providing accurate and comprehensive assistance on a broad range of topics related to clients' interactions with The Victory Bank while delivering superior service.

Frederick resides in Collegeville with her husband and four children. She enjoys spending time with her family.
